چکیده
In this paper, we study the massive Dirac equation with presence of Morse potential in polar coordinate. The Hamiltonian is written as two second-order differential equations terms spinor wavefunctions. Since motion electrons graphene propagated like relativistic fermionic quasi-particles, then one considered only pseudospin symmetry for aligned spin and unaligned by arbitrary $k$. Next, use confluent Heun's function calculating wavefunctions eigenvalues. Then, corresponding energy spectrum obtains $N$ Afterward, plot graphs $k$ $r$, respectively. Moreover, investigate band structure a linear dispersion relation which creates an gap points called gapped graphene. Finally, graph valence conduction bands wavevectors.

The numbers of Na+ have a significant effect on the calculated potentialenergy curve (includ...

متن کاملUltrafast dynamics of massive dirac fermions in bilayer graphene.
Bilayer graphene is a highly promising material for electronic and optoelectronic applications since it is supporting massive Dirac fermions with a tunable band gap. However, no consistent picture of the gap's effect on the optical and transport behavior has emerged so far, and it has been proposed that the insulating nature of the gap could be compromised by unavoidable structural defects, by ...
متن کاملAnomalous thermoelectric transport of Dirac particles in graphene.
We report a thermoelectric study of graphene in both zero and applied magnetic fields. As a direct consequence of the linear dispersion of massless particles, we find that the Seebeck coefficient Sxx diverges with 1/sqrt[|n_{2D}|], where n_{2D} is the carrier density. We observe a very large Nernst signal S_{xy} ( approximately 50 microV/K at 8 T) at the Dirac point, and an oscillatory dependen...
